Who is responsible
Matthew Thompson, trading as Lutra Ventures Ltd (company number 17312196), Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. I am the data controller for this site.
What I collect
The name, email address and message you enter in the contact form. Anonymised analytics about how pages are used. Nothing else, and no marketing list.
Why, and on what basis
Enquiries are handled on the basis of legitimate interest: you contacted me and expect a reply. Analytics run only with your consent.
Who else sees it

How long I keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for [state a period] and then deleted. Records relating to a commissioned shoot are kept for as long as the licence runs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct or erase it, or object to it being held at all. Email me and I will act within one month.
Photographs of people
Portraits are published with the subject's agreement. If you appear in a photograph here and want it taken down, write to me and it comes down.
Medical enquiries
I cannot give personal medical advice through this site. If you are worried about your own health or a child's, contact your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
